Electrical chain hoists are a type of hoist which can be used every company in general. Electrical chain hoists do not proof dust, water etc. materials. Electrical chain hoists may be used until long end of life. Our electrical chain hoist domestic production line covers 0,5 ton fixed hook and monorail electrical chain hoists, 1 ton fixed hook and monorail electrical chain hoists, 2 tons fixed hook and monorail electrical chain hoists, 3 tons fixed hook and monorail electrical chain hoists, 5 tons fixed hook and monorail electrical chain hoists. We have chain hoists from 0,5 ton to 35 tons.

Standard Features

• Body: High aluminium alloy casted body is both light and strong. Entegrated cooling fan of the motor prevents from heating and designed to provide %40 continuous operation. Ensures operating in hard and dusty working environment by means of its completely closed body design.
• Electromagnetic Brake: Produced with the latest technology which ensures electromagnetic brake. Brake immediatly activates and stops with the energy cut.
• Limit Switches: Blocks overloading and cuts the energy input of unit with contact to the limit swithces on the upper and lower points of chain and provides safe operation.
• Hook Block: Produced from forged steel in confirmity DIN15401 standard. It can 360° revolve around. Block locker is available.
• Transformator: 24 V Transformator ensures safe operation even under rain by cutting the circuit during electricity issues.
• Electromagnetic Contacter: Provides safe operation during high or variable frequencies by means of electromagnetic contacters.
• Phase Protection Circuit Breaker: Energy input of the equipment cuts with the activation of phase protection circuit breaker during problems with energy supply or wrong connection issues. Equipment is fully protected from wrong connection problems.
• Push Button: IP 65 standard, with emergency stop and on/off button. Easy to use with light and strong structure.
