Maintenance Contract
Our maintenance contracts are covering general detailed periodic maintenances and services of hoists for 1 year.
Annual maintenance and repair service period is valid for 12 months starting with the contract signature date. We provide 3 months periodic maintenance service to your hoist systems, 4 times a year and each service has 3 (three) months validity.
Your authorized mechanical and electrical technician must be on site and ready during these maintencance and checks.
Your technician should provide test and detection reports to ERKUSLAR, which were given from Chamber of Mechanical Engineers or an accredited authority. We are optionally providing required Occupational Safety and Health reports for the lifting equipments used by our customers.
Regarding the maintenance;
- Maintenance field safety precautions should be taken by the user during all maintenance.
- Spare part replacements can be done after confirmation of authorized company representative.
- User should generate a written service demand for the failures and emergency cases other than periodical maintenances. These failures will be repaired by ERKUSLAR within 24-48 hours.
- Our engineers will deliver a periodical maintence report for each periodical maintence.
- Our engineers will deliver a service form after each periodical maintenence and service.
- Equipments that are not approved by our engineers or Chamber of Mechanical Engineers that should be sent to our factory by the customer.
- Crane operator/responsible should be ready on site together with our engineer during Maintenance and Services.
